Khalifa University promotes inclusive access to education and supports underrepresented groups through admissions pathways, disability support, and non-discrimination protections.ĚýOutreach and scholarship programs extend access to under-represented groups and international students. Student-led “An Idea for SDG” and outreach platforms invite ideas from entire community—students, staff, contractors—to shape a sustainable campus.     In alignment with the University’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable academic and work environment, it has become increasingly essential to centralize and strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

    In addition to enhancing the University’s DEI framework, the establishment of the role of the University Diversity manager, planned in early 2026, supports key accreditation standards and global ranking criteria, which increasingly emphasize institutional commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility.

    This position will work alongside the Diversity and Equality Committee and lead institutional efforts related to DEI, ensuring compliance with equity standards, and promoting inclusive recruitment, retention, and campus engagement strategies.
