Abdur Rosyid has expertise in developing a new machine/robot from A to Z, including topology design, design optimization, kinematic and dynamic modeling, fabrication, gravity compensation, kinematic calibration, dynamic parameter identification, and motion control. He also has experience in manufacturing processes, dynamics of rotating system, multirotor aerial vehicle modeling, finite element modeling, model order reduction, and autonomous mobile manipulation. He is currently working in the development of novel robots for maintenance of large-size structures and underwater structures. He aspires to bring robotics from research lab to the market to solve real-world problems.
