Ragi joined Khalifa University in September 2024 as a Research Associate. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (major) and Microbiology (minor) from the Faculty of Science at Alexandria University, Egypt, where he graduated with an Excellent with Honors in 2017. He then joined Khalifa University of Science and Technology, where he earned his MSc in Applied Chemistry in 2023, gaining expertise in material synthesis such as metal oxides and metal-organic frameworks.
