The program provides avenues for affiliates to recruit top students and graduates. The center hosts 鈥淩ecruiting Days鈥� where industry affiliates can meet KU鈥檚 engineering students, view posters and demos of student projects, and identify potential hires. A student resume database is made available to affiliates to facilitate internships and employment opportunities for students in affiliate companies. By offering internship, co-op, and full-time positions, affiliates benefit from a pipeline of skilled talent, while students gain career opportunities in 6G-related industries.
